Your feedback and your privacy

This page explains, in plain English, what happens to the details you give when you leave feedback about one of our stores. It sits alongside our full Privacy Policy, which also explains your rights.

Who we are

A Liusie General Trading LLC (ALGT), Plot C22, International Media Production Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, runs The Entertainer and Early Learning Centre stores in the region and this feedback form. ALGT is a franchisee of TEAL; The Entertainer and Early Learning Centre are trademarks of their owners, used under licence (see Trademarks). ALGT decides how your feedback is used and is responsible for it.

What you give us

• The store you are reviewing, your score from 1 to 10 and, if you write one, your comment. We also note the language you used.
• Only if you tick "May we contact you about your feedback?": your name, and a phone number or email address.
• Technical details: your internet (IP) address and the country it comes from. We use these only to spot fake or repeated entries.
• "Find my store": if you use it, your phone works out the nearest store on its own. Your location is never sent to us.

Please do not put anything private in your comment that you would not want us to read, such as someone else's phone number.

Why we use it

• To look after our stores and our teams: Head Office reads every comment.
• To reply to you, if you asked us to.
• To keep the scores honest, by spotting fake or repeated entries.

We do not sell your details and we do not use them for marketing.

Who can see it

• Head Office sees your score, your comment and, if you gave them, your contact details.
• The team at the store you reviewed can see your score and comment, about an hour after you send it. They never see your name, phone number, email address or internet address. Area managers see the scores and comments for their stores, also without your contact details.
• This is not a public review site: nothing you send here is published.

AI summaries

When Head Office has switched it on, our managers can ask an AI service, Anthropic (Claude), to summarise comments and pick out themes, and once a week the kind comments are checked for staff members praised by name, so they can be thanked. Only the store, the score and the comment are sent, never your name, phone number or email address. If your comment names somebody, that name is part of what is sent. Anthropic processes it for us and does not use it to train its AI.

If we reply

If you asked us to contact you, Head Office may reply by email or call you. Email replies are sent through Resend, an email delivery service, from the store's email address. A copy of the reply, with your email address, is kept in that store's email records.

Where it is kept

Your feedback is stored in our database, run for us by Supabase. The form is hosted by Netlify and sends your feedback to our server on Cloudflare. The page loads its lettering from Google Fonts, so Google sees your internet address when the page opens. These companies may process data outside the UAE; our Privacy Policy explains the safeguards.

How long we keep it

• Your name, phone number, email address, internet address and country are deleted automatically after 90 days.
• Your score, comment and the store are kept after that, with nothing that identifies you, so we can see how our stores do over time.
• If we replied by email, the copy of that reply stays in the store's email records.
• Our backups hold a copy for up to about two months before they are replaced.

Your choices

You can leave feedback without giving any contact details. To see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it sooner, email info@algt-me.com and tell us the store, roughly when you left feedback, and the name, phone number or email address you gave. We may need to check it is you. If you are not happy with our answer, you can contact the UAE Data Office.
